Good day all in Baebesland and beyond!

Mediaeval Baebes, Joust 2014It has been a while since a little update and a while since I’ve written anything, so greetings and I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer!

We had a few weeks holiday after the Loxwood Joust then all came back together this week at mine for a rehearsal and dinner. We had a magical evening, Baebes-style. We rounded off with red wine and chocolate (as some of you will know, I am a chocoholic, in fact, I think we all are) which was so deliciously cosy.

We are all so excited that there’s just over three months left until we take off for the USA for our Christmas tour!! Hopefully this will mean a little bit of sunshine in Florida, where we start! There are a list of dates, here.

We also have a new record distribution deal in N. America and “Of Kings and Angels” along with “Illumination” and “Temptation” will be released in N. America on 10/14/14 which will mean that they will be widely available all over N. America and on many digital download services including iTunes. Along with this for the first time ever we are releasing a very limited vinyl double album version of “Of Kings and Angels”. This will be a limited edition double green vinyl album and it sounds superb. You can order this from here.

Mediaeval Baebes rehearsalSadly we will not be doing a UK Christmas tour this year, but we do have a special Christmas concert at the gorgeous Bush Hall in London on 24th November (you can buy tickets now – it’s not a huge venue so buy now to avoid disappointment), so we hope to see as many of you as possible for that one.

For those of you who can’t wait until then, we will also be making an appearance at the Stratford-upon-Avon Music Festival on 17th October.

I think I’ve prattled on for long enough now, and my tea has got cold and needs replenishing (I am drinking the Pukka tea’s ‘Love’ blend – divine), so I will sign off, but we all look forward to seeing as many of you as possible soon whether here or on the other side of the Pond! Thank you all for your continued support.

Much love,

Clarey xxx
